STAINLESS STEEL DETENTION SCRUB SINK
G2’s KryptoMax® stainless steel detention scrub sink is a fully-welded design built with high quality components in the USA.
In a intensive-use correctional medical environment, cleanliness and durability are critical. Intensive use in a potentially volatile correctional environment demands solid construction and a product that can be customized to fit specialized requirements.
Hindering bacterial and viral spread is more important than ever in correctional facilities. Solid stainless steel construction is corrosion-resistant and easily disinfected with common cleaners.
Some of the standard features of the stainless steel detention scrub sink include a swivel gooseneck-type faucet, large wash bay, hands-free knee-pedal operation, tamper resistant fixtures and hardware, and heavy duty, stainless steel wall-mounting bracket.
All plumbing controls are mounted internally to prevent tampering or vandalism.
Optional custom mounting plates and concrete anchors can be provided to ensure safe and secure installation.
This stainless steel scrubbing sink is fully customizable. Custom dimensions and features are available to meet unique requirements or fitment.
Available options include automatic motion-sensor-activated faucets, foot-activated soap dispensers, and more. A constant water temperature control mixing valve can be included to automatically shut off if the cold water supply fails.
Single, double, or triple bay stainless steel detention scrub sink designs are available. Floor-mounted versions are also available with foot-pedal or knee-panel-activated controls.

CONSTRUCTION:
The wall-mounted scrub sink is manufactured from a heavy gauge #4 polished stainless steel.
Our surgical sinks are seamlessly welded to further inhibit germ growth and facilitate through cleaning and disinfection.
The stainless steel detention scrub sink cabinet includes sound-deadening technology to greatly reduce sink noise.
This unit is designed with removable front panels for ease of access, that allows for maintenance on items such as control valves, waste connections, etc.
This wall mounted surgical sink also comes standard with a sloped bottom surface that will minimize splashing and overspill along with a one-and-one-half inch (1-1/2”) outer diameter tailpiece with a three-and-three-quarters inch (3-3/4”) outer diameter strainer drain.
A stainless steel flange mount is included for securing the sink to the wall. Tamper-resistant can be included for installing the sink.
The scrubbing sink includes a gooseneck faucet that can be converted to laminar flow by removing the installed screen.
